Bad Experience "Although Dot5Hosting claims to be up 99.9% of the time my web site and email was down for more than 24 hours. They did not notify me when my site went down nor did they notify me when it was back up. I might have been able to forgive them had they apologized or given me some sort of compensation."

Not too happy... "I have been using Dot5 Hosting for almost a year now. They have an excellent assortment of pre-installed software (shopping cart, word press, phpbb) that you can use and you have a good amount of web space at your disposal. Although the price is very cheap, I am going to switch providers when my time is up because their servers are very slow (my page takes forever to load - I have had complaints from my visitors) and their tech support is horrible. If you try to contact them by email, expect to wait several days for a response. That is, if you even get one... "

Don't do it to yourself! "It would take hours to write about how bad my experience has been with these people. A horrible user interface and completely retarded support staff."

Horrible Horrible Horrible "These guys have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have an email from them stating that my hosting account was good thruogh 2009. When my account was rebilled recenty - with no warning - I tried to cancel and get a refund. They refused to take responsibility for the previous email I had recieved would only give me a prorated refund. Not to mention that I had to contact them three times over 4 days to make this happen. They never responded to my previous requests. Sounds like many many other people have had this problem also. Do not use under any circumstances."

Its OK " What they dont bother to tell you is there free webbuilder templates are only for your main website and you have no access to them for any others! "
