Awful. Just Horrible " Complete Jerks. Lunarpages was once a good host, but they have become the posterboys of terrible service. Our service was compromised, we had tons of downtime, their support was never available. You've been warned. Dont. Dont. Dont use this company. "

Currently looking elsewhere... "I used to be a huge fan of Lunarpages - even joined their affiliate program, and arranged setup for hosting of clients using them. Since then, Lunarpages has gone the wrong direction - from a simple, clean website, clarity in services provided, and great customer support - to a cluttered, highly commercial website and really unfortunate support. I'm tired of waiting over a half hour listening to their 80's radio station. If I hear Wang Chung one more time I'm going to upchuck. I have to say I used to even enjoy calling their support - they were fast, honest and (gasp!) even personable. Now, when they finally answer the phone, they've disappointed. Slow, and sometimes drop the ball. On a positive note, if you don't need the support - they're quite reliable. This is the only reason I've stuck around. I'm sorry to say I can't suggest them anymore. I'm not sure where to find the next great hosting company yet, but I'm looking. In the meantime, I'm on hold liste"

David "I agree with previous reviews, this is the worst hosting company around (I use a few different ones). Even after deleting an account they still want to make charges to your account. Customer service is appalling, I get better service from the government and outsourced call centers! In my opinion you would be better served else where!!"

All Down Hill from Here "Tech Support has no clue what is going on, Servers are down for days, so if you are planning to run your business with them i would rethink it. you deffinately get what you pay for, Hold time for a tech support so far 20 minutues but the music is ok :), Good luck explaining to their tech support what the issue is, no technical tallent at all. Escalation process works terribly, no procedures at all. this is the best i can say about them. I will be leaving to go somewhere else. As a webmaster i have recomended them to my clients this is is deffenately changing."

Do not go here "After two years of good performance, Lunarpages all of a sudden decided that our account was using excessive resources and they shut us down. Just like that. We were not even given a chance to investigate if there is a problem with one of our PHP scripts or seek an alternative hosting arrangement. They just shut us down. Now I am really nervous about the data that is on their server since I cannot reach anyone at customer support as they are of course not open for business. Stay the hell away from Lunarpages. "
