Customer Service & PHP access Sucks!!!
"Support team is very uncaring to the point of rudeness. I had some questions about modifying my php.ini file and basically was told NO in a very cold tone, without explanation or perhaps even alternatives / suggestions that could have possibly helped with my situation. I've had other incidents with them before that I just kind of let slide by, but this was the last straw. My biggest regret is that I just renewed for another 3-month term a week prior to this(my fault). So now I have to ride it out until I can find a better host. "

Hiding the Truth = Lying
"They say you get UNLIMITED storage space = Not True They limit the number of files you can store on your site. so this means that you have limited space. In fact it is better to take another plane from another provider where you know exactly the space you will get. The control panel they use is not very good. I have used previously free hosting plans, there control panels had more features and were more user friendly. The Control panel area is slow to load and perform operations. I have not tried their tech. support so I cannot judge it. I guess if I want to renew I will go to another provider. I appreciate honesty. I do not trust a company that lies and give fake promises to get the customer. I advice you to find another provider that does not say in flashing red "Unlimited disk space" but gives you an exact figure."

reliable service
"I am not sure why all of the negative reviews, but I have been hosting with omnis for more than 5 years. My site has been very reliable and I haven't experienced any billing or support related issues. I have found their control panel to work very well and is very easy to use."
