"I was having an issue with my little brother's domain (hosted by another company) pointing to my hosting space (hosted by WBP). This issue has been going on for 2 weeks and I kept going back and forth with both companies until your rep Chris totally fixed the issue and his domain worked. If he hadn't, my brother was going to go with another company for hosting and spend money he can't afford to spend at this time. Thank you so much for your service! " Chris was very helpful and patient walking me through setting up an extra ftp acct. I have contacted support several time in the last few days and every time they have been knowledgeable and courteous. The only problem was over the weekend when there was a long wait, but I just called later at night. thanks"

Awful customer service
"Stay away from this company! I had a very horrible experience with them. They put through charge to my credit card but didn't set up an account for me. Because based on the information they gathered from me, they think my case is fraudulent. Their customer support insisted that they wouldn’t put through credit card charge if the case was fraudulent and asked me to submit payment authorization form. I explained to them and their manager that my credit card had been charged by them already and asked them several times to fix the problem to no avail. Now I have to ask my bank for help to reverse back the charge to my credit card. Yes their web hosting is dead cheap, but their customer service is AWFUL."
