Beware ecommerce-minded people
" The basic price does not include SSL certificate and a dedicated IP address hence you cannot use https or secure connections. On top of the basic hosting price you need to purchase a dedicated IP address for $30 per year and SSL certificate for $40 per year in order to set up an ecommerce website. If your intention is to sell or offer merchandise on-line that requires you to set up secure payments or secure log-ins, then this webhost is not right for you, unless of course you want to pay for the additional costs. Webhostingpad is simple, easy and costumer friendly
" I have been fully satisfied with WebHostingPad. They offer a great price for unlimited hosting with all the professional features you need to run a professional looking sit. They have great customer support and their interface is clear and easy to use for inexperienced webMasters. "

kudos
" I just took over "webmaster" duties for our club website that your company hosts. I immediately had problems changing contact info and passwords. I opened your online chat support and was contacted by ShelbyB. She had me going in about 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable and enjoyable to do business with. I'd like to congratulate her on here efficiency and kindness."

These guys seem great
"I'm writing this review as a new customer, who has just signed up today. I did extensive research before going to them, and they seem to be top- notch. They have a great deal currently where if you register for 3+ years, you are paying $1.99 / mo. They also throw-in a free domain name for you. The sales and technical support have been great so far. Minimal hold times, and very helpful people willing to answer all of my questions and work with me on solutions to my issues. I've heard great things about the reliability and stability of the servers in terms of uptime. I like that they even have an option to add SSH for a $25 one-time fee. My only gripe thus far is a 1GB limit for the amount of "media" that can be stored. The reason why is they don't want to be a streaming media host, and are afraid of bandwidth issues apparently. This may be an issue down the line for me as I'm a musician and programmer planning on hosting my own work. Time will tell, I suppose."

Very helpful!
"My anti-spam deleted the welcome email automatically but the tech support person was very good and quick in finding it and emailing it again. It subsequently got deleted again (my fault) so he then pasted the contents into the chat window which was extremely helpful."
