DedicatedNow, Realiable Servers and Network

DedicatedNow has provide me with a painless ordering process. My server was up and running quickly. I manage my own servers, but when I needed remote hands, the team was speedy in rebooting and helping out with kernel upgrades. The network has been very stable and their sales team very responsive to my requests. +1 Dedicated Now!

Good managed host

We have been with DedicatedNow for 3 months and all things are going good. All the "usual" things one expects in a managed provider are there. What was nice is we had a DDoS attack and DedicatedNow put us behind their Riorey appliance and that mitigated it. They did this for free. I have heard there are charges at other data centers. DedicatedNow's tech support has been very competent, I just wish they had a chat feature which is why I gave them a "3". Suffice it to say, we will continue to be a client of DedicatedNow for the foreseeable future.
