I have no complains, I have a couple of customers that bought on BIG serious GoDaddy.com and the website (godaddy.com) is always down, is always super heavy, it's coplicated and any change on a site's config takes a while.
Fastnext is cheap, is easy to use, provides a lot of software and bandwith, I could have a more space for though..
About the phone line. Sales requiere a phone, tech support requieres research and I work at tech support, I don't like to use the phone unless I really kwno what I'm going to sell but, Do I really need someone to tell me: "OK, I'm going to look at the problem SR. in perfect english and full of energy?"
Answer is NO!, I want to place a ticket and to get an asnwer, once they made research and have an asnwer, I live in CR and I don't want to be calling US for support as well.
If you run crons, you have your server, if you espect to get an answer by phone then you could also google it. Otherwise, I'ld let them research first.

OR SO IT SEEMS!! I called and the guy says: "Hello?"
The first two times I hung up because I thought I had the wrong
phone number. Finally, the 3rd time I asked if this was the right
number, he asked what I wanted, I asked for the tech support
department. He said there wasn't one that all departments were
only available via email! WTH?! So I asked what the purpose of the
800# was, he said for sales questions only.
He sounded completely apathetic the entire time, like I was
bothering him by calling. The same guy, with the same accent
answered the phone all 5 times I called.
Not too mention the guy who called to verify my site had a thick
accent that I could barely understand and sounded like he didn't
want to be at work today!
I've used this hoster less than 72 hours & officially want my
money back!!

I am sutisfied with FastNext services. I've been hosting with them for a 6 month and have no big complaints. Al lthe problems I had was solved pretty quick.
I have never had a serious problem with any other hosting
company, and I run/design websites for multiple companies.
Fastnext's price wooed me (undoubtedly cheap), and I figured that
the service would at least be on par with other companies.
Well its not.
I run a number of Cron jobs on my site, and frequently they have disappeared. My ip was blocked by their firewall from accessing my
own site; completely unapologetic about it. And today, the straw
on the camels back, I go to see my stats and find that the website
is now just showing a cpanel page.
Worst hosting ever. The cost of dealing with all of this is far in
excess of the tiny bit of money I saved at the start with fastnext.
Dont be as stupid as I was.
