When I first saw Fatcow's various services, I thought that Fatcow would be a good switch from hostmonster, my previous provider. I was soon proved wrong. Their service description is sneakily worded. It said "Unlimited email...", but I was informed that their email size limit was 20mb. There is only one help article in their database that says this. At US Pacific night time, my mailboxes go down (this happens everynight). I cannot use a mail client to check my email for a few hours every day. I run a business and I need to be able to check my email to support my customers! When I call tech support, they tell me NOT to use a secure connection to their mail server. They advertise a secure mail connection in their hosting plan; now they're telling me not to use it?! They also have many other reliability problems. The tech support once ended the chat when I inquired the location my website was hosted from.

FatCow is great, as usual. The customer service is awesome. The product is awesome. I LOVE the Weebly drag n drop. It has made my experience as a beginner, very easy to develop and maintain my website. This call was to start another website for my second business. I recommend FatCow to everyone!

FatCow is awesome :) I can't believe I got my website up in less than an hour!! Ran into an issue with my mailbox, but got tech support on the phone within minutes (US based no less) and had the problem resolved with enthusiasm and a great attitude within only a few more minutes! Very impressed with the professionalism---seem like a great place to work---so FatCow, if you're hiring :)

Have had an issue with e-mails bouncing for over a month. Each time I open a ticket and escalate to tech support, they send a few test e-mails from Gmail and declare it fixed. The problem was never in receiving e-mails from Gmail. They have no one there that knows anything about the hardware or software they use. I have even sent them google results on this issue and they still can't get it fixed. Go somewhere else!!!!!!

I left my old host because of terrible service and terrible web building software. When I moved to fatcow I was presented with two different web builders that are both easy to use and fast! I built a website in both of them within hours and when I ran into an issue I was able to call support and get my questions answered fast! Best decision to move I've ever made.
