I do have an issue with being down 3 times in only 2 months, however they have been very responsive when dealing with technical/customer service. For the money I would have to think that JustHost would be tough to beat. I am sure there are better hosts, but not for the price....

I have an account with Fatcow and I'm more than pleased with their services. Fatcow is very user friendly and most importantly tech support has always been 100%. The time I am on hold is very minimal and any questions or help I've needed is remedied in a timely and polite manner....

I love these folks! I know a little about website design and development - enough to be dangerous, but not enough to get anything done without help... I've called tech support a number of times; everyone I've spoken with has been extremely helpful and clearly knows his/her stuff (OK, it's only been men so far, but I like to leave that possibility open). It feels like I'm talking to people who have decent experience, not level 1 folks who are reading off lots canned stuff in the hopes of finding something vaguely related to my question. And they must've gotten a killer customer service class. More than once, I've gotten answers to questions I didn't even know to ask, and they respond immediately to administrative requests. Finally, with Inmotion's tools, documentation and tutorials, I've already been able to add functionality to my site. I can see there's a lot left to learn. Now, if they only had an anti-procrastination tool, I'd be all set....

Good hosting provider for a cheap price. Unfortunately there are few options in cPanel that need to pay extra to activate them (like ssh) Simplescripts not available here. Other than that everything looks fine, great service....

I signed up with them this afternoon and was expecting to be charged $2.95 for my first month. Instead they charged my debit card $70.80. So I tried to cancel by sending them an email. I received a response directing me to their web site cancellation page. I tried to cancel my account for over 1/2 hour, Nothing worked. I call their customer service number and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. They do not respond to any of my requests. What a terrible experience! ...

We had our original website with dot5. We registered our domain name with them. We switched our hosting to another company, but left our domain registration with dot5. They did not let us know our domain name was expiring, and now we are forced to pay $160 to redeem it....
