KVC is the only web hosting provider that I have used for more than 4 years. During that time they have proved that they are a great investment and easy to use service. I have an ecommerce site that makes approximately $400 permonth and I only pay $5 per month for hosting. The KVC is the greatest I have seen so far. That is the reason I am giving it an excelent mark....

I have had other hosting companies and Inmotion out ranks them all! The up time is amazing, there has been no down time since I have had their service. I would recomend them to all my friends and clients! Keep up the great service! ...

Applied for hosting service and the company demanded that I send a copy of my passport and a copy of my credit card to validate the purchase. However, they had already charged my credit card and refused to explain why. I cancelled my purchase but now, 5 days later, I still have not seen the funds returned. My first contact was with "Gabe" and there I had no complains...then a "Nick" took over and it was his arrogant reply that made me cancel the purchase...and all I asked was why they had charged my account and then refused to deliver the "goods". Later I used GoDaddy and in less than an hour my website was up and running...so I do not give any high marks for JustHost customer service - it is nonexistend if you happen to get the wrong person to handle your communication. I can NOT recommend this webhost... ...

THIS HOSTING COMPANY HAS FU**ED UP MY SITE WITHOUT BACKING IT UP AND THE RESPONSE TIME HAS BEEN TAKING YEARS!!!! THIS GUYS EVEN BLOCKED MY IP JUST TO GET RID OF ME FROM CHATTING WITH THEM. HOW RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE THIS COMPANY IS AND I'M LEAVING!!!! ...

I hosted my sites with other webhosts before trying Justhost. Around September 30, 2009, the servers were always down. Anytime I contact support they tell me there is no problem. This affected the SEO of the websites hosted on JustHost completely. When I moved the websites to another hosting company, Google started indexing all the pages of each site. I must say that it's a bad idea to host with Justhost. Don't bother yourself to host with Justhost, it's absolute waste of time and money. Maybe they were good sometime back, [b]but not now.[/b] ...

Early this year, I got fed up with my brother's service (which will remain nameless) and their so-called customer support. The hosting service was inexpensive, but it showed with the inferior technical knowledge of the outsourced service associates and the response times for our site. So after about a dozen "we're sorry for the inconvenience" emails, I decided to get a different hosting account and move our site. Right from the start, the people I talked to at InMotion Hosting were knowledgeable (even the sales staff) and they answered all of my questions promptly. They have 2 server farms, one on the east coast and one on the west coast, and their servers are very well balanced for performance. Since moving the site to the new service, the FTP transfers for site updates have been incredibly and the site response is great. It costs a bit more for a small business account, but it's definitely worth it to avoid the aggravation of the cheaper solutions. ...

I've been a customer of InMotion Hosting for 3 years now. During that time I've had consistently responsive, speedy customer service and support to handle the rare issues that have emerged. Far better than GoDaddy and other web hosting services I've tried. Reliability is outstanding. User interface is easy to use. Customer service people are knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and happy to help. What more could you ask? Thanks for the great job....

We have been very pleased with Inmotion Web Hosting. Every need we have had has been handled professionally and quickly. Communication has been handled very well whether via phone, email or via the Inmotion website. In all cases the response has been prompt and helpful. The control panel tools are very effective to configure the site and provide detailed reporting. I would highly recommend Inmotion Web Hosting....

I've used them for a number of fully developed sites for several years and have no real complaints. Uptime is good, easy to use. Reliable service and tech support. Email works ok. Never had a problem canceling hosting or domains. For the price, about as good as it gets. ...
