When I first saw Fatcow's various services, I thought that Fatcow would be a good switch from hostmonster, my previous provider. I was soon proved wrong. Their service description is sneakily worded. It said "Unlimited email...", but I was informed that their email size limit was 20mb. There is only one help article in their database that says this. At US Pacific night time, my mailboxes go down (this happens everynight). I cannot use a mail client to check my email for a few hours every day. I run a business and I need to be able to check my email to support my customers! When I call tech support, they tell me NOT to use a secure connection to their mail server. They advertise a secure mail connection in their hosting plan; now they're telling me not to use it?! They also have many other reliability problems. FatCow is great, as usual. The customer service is awesome. The product is awesome. I LOVE the Weebly drag n drop. It has made my experience as a beginner, very easy to develop and maintain my website. This call was to start another website for my second business. I recommend FatCow to everyone! ...

I have three web sites with another host and was looking for something cheaper, (two of those for 10 and 8 years and one new one) THEY HAVE IT,,,, after 1 and half hours of phone conversation and never being able to sign in, I canceled, with more that a dozen emails asking me to provide them with info to cancel, it may or may not be, the charge is still on the temp authorization on the CC. we will see, ...

Where do I start? I cannot understand why Justhost has such a high rating on this site. The whole signing up process was a nightmare. They make you jump through so many hoops to get your account verified and it takes ages and lots of stress. Then when you finally do get online the whole control panel setup is so unnecessarily overblown and complicated and you are stuck with their own built-in site building software which is fine if you click with it. I didn't, I wanted to use third party sitebuilding apps which I am already familiar with and they aren't compatible with Justhost. "Tech support" couldn't even tell me what the correct FTP host setting string should be!! Utterly hopeless. Never use them again....

I have tried a few hosting services (and they were bad) before ending up to InMotion hosting. Customer service is prompt and efficient. My website is always up. Set of tools is sufficient to get started and more. Many web traffic analysis tools available. I am very satisfied. Thank you InMotion ! ...

Thank you to the Just Host Customer Service Department for great response time on my inquiry regarding my bill. I got charged twice for my recent 6 month hosting request, and when I found that out immediately contacted CS to find out the problem. They responded to me in a timely fashion, and refunded the second charge immediately once establishing that I had indeed been billed twice. Thank you very much, and I will continue to use the hosting services provided. ...

Did a web search and found that Inmotion had the highest reliability rating and the price was about a third, we jumped and are thrilled. Our website loads faster and the customer service is superb. I know most hosts offer a lot of extra services 'free' with their hosting plans, but in Just Host's case they have really excelled. A choice of site builders which is essential as everyone's different and have various levels of skills, I needed something simple and that wouldn't take forever. Also offers lots of ad credits, great if selling products like me, and large list of scripts - I have created a forum, blog and ecommerce site so far. Support has been helpful and understanding so far, can't complain on the price, no issues with downtime and been a few months, overall they do seem to offer the whole package. ...
