I've been a customer of InMotion Hosting for 3 years now. During that time I've had consistently responsive, speedy customer service and support to handle the rare issues that have emerged. Far better than GoDaddy and other web hosting services I've tried. Reliability is outstanding. User interface is easy to use. Customer service people are knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and happy to help. What more could you ask? Thanks for the great job.

They will do ANYTHING just to get you to sign up!! Oct 28, 2009

Called sales to aske about a specific type of template they offered. Sales could not give me an answer and asked that I sign up and find the template myself, if it didn't exist, I could cancel and get my money back. Is it just me or does that sound stupid? Wouldn't a company now what they offer and have available? I didn't sign up and am looking for a new host comapny now.

Having been with JustHost for only a few weeks I've found their interface user-hostile, their functionality crude and needlessly complex, customer support utterly useless. Should I go on? I'm taking my business anywhere else.

Justhost is not only impossible to get a hold of they deal with crooks like enom that try and steal your domain registration from where you have it to charge you more next year. They automatically emailed me my user name and password telling me to transfer my registration. My website was down for 4 days as the issues enom caused took three days to work out and allow the domain name to propagate properly. If you want to transfer to Justhosting.com save your money. They suck so bad. I saw a review board after this one with 1000+ reviews and justhost.com rank1.4-1.6 out of 10 in all categories on that forum. Everyone called them crooks and had had horrid runnins with them. Please pick a different provider for your site
