When I joined, they were great. Cheap, responsive and with an uptime good enough for me to have no complaints. Now, my sites are down for extended periods every day. And support have told me they're working on this, and it will be fixed in "early 2013". I'm writing this in April 2012. Avoid at all costs.

I have been using supergreen personally and for a large number of my webdesign clients for 3years. Recently they were merged with JustHost and all I can say is STAY AWAY. Every couple of weeks or so their servers crash which means I have all my clients on the phone.... tech support is no help at all - sometime over a week to respond to emails... live chat can never give a straight answer. They don;t have a complaints department to resolve issues and so I am left with the only option to take them to court for lost earnings....at least it has given me the motivation to set-up my own green servers to host my clients.

I am a professional webmaster. I work for Costa Rica and my Real Estate Client was very happy to prove his customers he is greenhosted... But it appears it isn't anymore... the green badges don't work anymore... I asked the chat assistance and Oh My !!!! The only thing they were able to tell me is : AJ: [4:04:00 PM] I apologize, but we do not provide support for this issue. We provide support for your hosting environment only and we recommend looking at your program's support forums, documentation, or consulting a web developer for further assistance. [4:23:53 PM] Your site is up, the server is up. But we do not support coding, programming or scripting of any kind "coding, programming or scripting of any kind" ???? The script comes from SUPERGREEN and the indicated page is "NOT FOUND" So i will post a new comment If they still are green OR if they cheat pretending they are green... Today i say : DON'T GO WITH SUPERGREEN !!!!!

I had been very happy with SuperGreenHosting throughout 2011 until JustHost took over. The SuperGreenHosting customer support guys were a pleasure to deal with, they would go the extra mile for you, and deal with any tasks very promptly and 100% professionally. I experienced no problems whatsoever with their hosting of my site, 100% up-time etc, all great. I also particularly valued the company's green hosting policy and the green badges they provided to show my web visitors that my website was a certified green site. This all changed when JustHost took over. Although they claim that they are continuing the green policies previously created by SGH on their new company website, a rude and off-hand customer support person informed me in December that this was not so. Today I was surprised to get a call from my bank about an attempt to withdraw a payment from my account by SGH/JustHost which was higher than I would expect for my yearly renewal based on what I paid last year. I have now sent my termination notice to JustHost and moved to a new web hosting provider with good green credentials and great guys at Customer Support from what I can make out from my interactions with them today.

I have been using SuperGreen Hosting for nearly 2 yrs and even own two accounts with them. Everything was good up until they started switching their customers to JustHost. JustHost now operates the hosting and that's why some of you are seeing tech support emails from JustHost. Countless issues in cpanel. Many times, I cannot even log into cpanel now. Techsupport is very slow and never tells you what the problems are. Sometimes they will just pass the buck to their billing department for tech issues??? And I've been waiting for nearly 5 days now between correspondances. My god.....

My domain with Super Green Hosting was about to expire, and I paid my invoice 5 days before the date of expiration. All was well, and I received a receipt stating my payment had been processed. So I was quite surprised when my site was down on the date of expiration. I contacted tech support, only to be told my domain had expired because I did not pay. When I forwarded my receipt of payment, I was told that billing would be in touch with me sometime "later." So far, my site is still down. Very unhelpful customer service. To the company's credit, this if the first time I have had a problem during my year of use. However, this is a pretty big and irritating problem.

Moved my blog from the Wordpress.com site to my own domain. Found a company that promised to set up my WP for free if I went with certain hosts. Unfortunately I picked Super Green Hosting. If there is a problem, Justhost.com contacts you. I didn't realize this and my site was shut down for using to many resources. When I asked Tech Support if they supported WP, I got an email reply that was rude, unhelpful and thoroughly unprofessional. I complained and immediately got an apology. Very, very poor experience with them overall. Not recommended.

After only 2 weeks of using SuperGreen Hosting I found my website to be down and my webspace inaccessible. It has been down for a full day so far which means my customers cannot get onto my site and I cannot login to update or change anything. All their customer support team could tell me is that the server in which my website is stored has become 'overloaded' and a promise that "they are doing their best". No timescale has been given on when the issue will be fixed. I regret using this company for my hosting.

Advertised to death inside the control panel. We don't get hosting to be bombarded with upgrades and advertising. Every control panel page pops up an ad for something stupid. Gets really annoying to point of uselessness. Control panel software isn't very good either. There are cleaner more respectful hosts. I'm personally going to try dreamhost, because it's both green and employee owned. FYI Supergreen is actually a front for a larger hosting company located in europe and own many of the review sites. Buyer Beware.

I have just had so many problems with Supergreen. I dont have enough time to tell you how many things have gone wrong, most has been talked about in the other peoples posts.. and ive been trying to cancel with them for 3 days now and they are making it impossible. I am really frustrated. They are regulated by ICANN, I am writing to ICANN to complain about how they have treated me. I would suggest that if you are also having trouble with them that you write to ICANN too. Perhaps if enough of us write then someone from ICANN will go down and get them to improve things. http://www.icann.org/
