I am subscribed with TigerSites for some time. Here is what I find about them:- 1) Hosting features are standard. cPanel is used. You have everything you need to build something decent. 2) Uptime is good too. I didn't experience any major downtime before. Minor downtime does happen but I think that is reasonable. 3) Email communication is fast and clear. In fact to me all web hosting is almost the same. I chose TigerSites initially is because of the available coupon code that I found. And with luck I strike a good host :) This is the coupon I used: whd25 ($25 off from TigerSites purchase) I'm not sure if it is still available or not.

Excellent Customer Support
Tiger Sites offers excellent customer and tech support. I strongly recommend them for your hosting site, their staff has been responsive, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am impressed with how well this company is run.
