I had an account with Ultra Hosting to run metatrader forex software. It was very unreliable, there was times during the day that I would log on, and somehow the apps would not be running. This was not do to a reboot, because I had them starting up automatically after a reboot, which I tested and it worked fine. There was no evidence that any apps had crashed in the windows event viewer, I just could not explain it, it happened about 3 times alone in one week. This doesn't even account for the times that the system would randomly reboot (it was always obvious when the system had rebooted, as the apps were back to 640x480 mode). I finally got disgusted and cancelled the service (I thought), first I sent them notification that I wanted to cancel, then I canceled my Paypal auto payment. Well they re-activated it, and I never noticed....Once I noticed I contacted them again, they said - ok you will not be charged again, and it will expire - I got charged again...STAY FAR AWAY

UltraHost are *not* as advertised as of Nov- 2010. Not an honourable service. - Average service response time is about 1 week. - Uptime no where near 100%, Often down during business hours and regularly down at night and on weekends. - Refused to honour 100% guarantee. - Double charged me, they still have not fixed this! - I was running a FOREX VPS - they took it down without warning. Extremely risky and costly for my business. Overall highly disappointed. I paid a little extra hoping for a reliable host, only to get failures in every possible way. Do not risk your business with these guys.. trust me! Since they ignored my service requests and took down my VPS I am forced to find another one without warning.

Poor communications - they moved their data center earlier this year and provided extremely poor communications to users (I wasn't even told it was happening), and downtime was longer than expected. Today, more downtime. No notification or status on their website. I'm looking for other providers.
