They also have pretty great, and extensive, plans with a business emphasis\u2014they\u2019re handy with all kinds of Ecommerce software\u2014but what\u2019s absolutely kick-ass about these guys is that each domain has its own dedicated account representative.<\/p>\n

You heard us right.<\/p>\n

HostGator<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

We\u2019d be pretty surprised if you hadn\u2019t already heard about HostGator. Not because they\u2019re that special, but because they\u2019ve ballooned into one of the largest and most recognizable web hosts around. This is largely due to the company\u2019s rock-solid performance, support for ASP up to 4.0, and friendly tech support. Not to mention that their plans start as low as $4.76 a month. If that doesn\u2019t sound like a bargain, we\u2019d love to know who you\u2019re getting service from!<\/p>\n

1&1<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

If we had to describe these guys in a nutshell, we\u2019d do it this way: 1&1 is bloody cool. Sure, they\u2019re just another long-standing, Windows-based web host with a snarky face and some prestige. But what they\u2019ve also got is dual hosting. This means that\u2014God forbid\u2014if your site goes down on one server, there\u2019s another standing by that\u2019s ready to roll, providing uninterrupted service.<\/p>\n

Not only that, but some of the more expensive plans allow for browser-based tweaking, as well as more detailed control over both servers. It\u2019s a very business-oriented package, and one that we\u2019re quite fond of.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s all we\u2019ve got for you today, but hopefully you aren\u2019t such a stickler about Windows anymore.
