Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with Billing. We typically ask for payment method so that we can stop the recording, unfortunately in some cases, customer's aren't able to get into their Control Panel's to update the payment method. And, you aren't able to use PayPal when we do that because we can't log into your PayPal account to approve the Payment Agreement. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.
