    Terrible Customer Service - SCAM

    Firstly, I purchased 5 domains all at promotional prices, shortly after I received invoices requesting the full price for each domain, the money was then deducted from my PayPal, eventually it was refunded. Secondly, I emailed customer services requesting them to cancel all the Free Trials that were bundled when purchasing domains as I didn't want to spend any more money with them. This resulted in my complete account being cancelled, including the domain registration and access to my partially built website. After emailing customer services they finally reinstated my domains after 7 days but have tried to charge me full price again. Now I have informed them I have revoke payment rights from my PayPal account all emails have stopped and my account threatened with closure. Utterly ridiculous company with uninformed customer service reps who refuse to read customer files or anything that has been sent to them. Don't be taken in by the cheap price, you get what you pay for! The dispute continues...
