    Worst Customer Service Ever!

    The website interface is clunky and out of date. To save a few bucks I paid for 1 year upfront. About 5 months in I switched my site over to another system (Shopify, which has been amazing). While making the switch I looked for a way to cancel my old site but the only option is to call in. So I added it to my never-ending to-do list. Fast forward and it automatically renewed. Rather than throwing a fit about it, I forwarded that domain to my new site. My credit card exprired, so I figured that was that. WRONG! They call me every day and threaten to send me to collections. I request to cancel the account with reps who say they cannot cancel the account, that I need to call the cancellation department. So I call the cancellation department and all they want to do is talk me into keeping my account. It's an endless loop. Stay away!

    • Hello Ben! I am so sorry to hear that you're getting calls about being sent to collections. I have looked at your account and it does appear that you don't have an outstanding balance so, I do believe that this may be an error within the system. I understand that getting billing calls is frustrating, I am going to have to send a case to our 2nd Level Billing Team to just make those calls stop.
