Stole my money/ NO customer support
One of my team members, purchased the domain name deadlyfit.com.
We no longer needed that domain name and did not verify our email address. In fact, that email address was no longer in use.
They had sent a message through our account saying that the domain, deadlyfit.com, has been deactivated
This message was sent on 07/01/2018 2:14 AM EDT Time
18 days later I I received an email that a payment was charged from my Paypal account; for $83.88 USD for a “Set Up Fee” even though my account was deactivated 18 days ago by them.
I proceeded to email them. Their typical response was " we are sorry, please call this number to resolve this" and they give me a number which doesn't work. I told them it doesnt work and they keep giving me the number to call and are not refunding me the money after a month of trying.
