    Incompetent, rude customer care

    The agent stopped talking to me in the middle of the conversation. After repeating the same thing over and over, he simply stopped talking. I could hear him typing, coughing and talking to his colleagues. But after repeatedly saying "hello" I got no answer and finally hung up. I have never experienced such bad service. Unacceptable at all levels.
