I've used 1and1 since 2006. In the beginning it seemed reliable and worked well with my software. About a year ago my websites and blogs crashed and I had to redesign the entire site. I was having over 1000 hits a week on the site and lost all of them, Technical support was not helpful. I couldn't resolve anything online and Phone conversations were long and didn't solve my problems. Avoid these these guys.
