    Horrible Service

    This used to be a fantastic company. Since there rebranding they have gone down hill fast. They no longer have any interest in customer service. I placed an order earlier today after some time waiting I called to see what was going on. First I spoke with Mylene, who told me I was not entitled to any sort of customer service till 1&1 generated a "Customer Number", after explaining that I had been charged already, There fore i was a "customer" she insisted that by there policy I wasnt till THEY decided I was. After calling the "Sales" department, I was transferred to a "Micheal" who spent over 5 mins silent, I wasnt on hold I, he was just silent (Now I work in customer service, most companies have a rule that there can be no more than 10 seconds of dead air) When I finally asked for a refund, he acted like he was doing ME a favor by even looking in to the account. Again when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was refused that request.
