We usually wait for a few hours (to days) to process BTC/CryptoCurrency based orders because of the amount of malicious activities which are peformed via such orders.
In your case, as I explained, we are using Virtualizor and the old Windows 2008 template was not updated by us (yes, our mistake), since rarely anyone used the template and almost everyone were happy with Windows 2012 template.
