I migrated to A2 hosting and their support is freaking fast, helpful, smart...and willing to go over and beyond to help. Simply outstanding. I will never leave the A2 platform.I must have open about 20 tickets getting my stuff done within 48 hours. They are flawless.

Probably the best VPS Provider i had a good experience with. Extremely Fast Members and are User Friendly. Just opened a Ticket as for Payment Done. and in 1 minute response came. my Product was provided to me. <3 Would really recommend everyone to at least try them Once. ;)

Their overall service is great but what really makes them stand out is their customer service over the phone. These guys/women have patience and a lot of it. They are always fixing my mistakes. Thanks guys.

A2 Hosting is the best hosting service I have ever used. Their turbo web hosting option really does increase page speed, plus they also offer free Wordpress plugins to help you optimize your website speed even further. A2's support team is super responsive and knowledgable. Before signing up, I called, they promptly answered the phone, I didn't have to go through a colossal IVR menu to get to an agent. After signing up, I created a mess on the backend. I reached out to support through email; they promptly helped me diagnose and solve the problem.

I am a WordPress developer and I maintain my own dedicated server for my clients. I was in a major jam when my previous server provider stopped updating or patching my server. Next thing you know my server is being hijacked by hackers to send spam email from my clients accounts! I was so upset and tried to get some help from my providers who just blew me off. Google was blacklisting websites and my entire email server. You can imagine how well that went over with my clients. You can imagine my relief to have some help with such a critical issue for my Business! By the next morning all of my accounts were on a brand new superfast and secure server and our emails were going out without any problems. That was several years ago and we have had a few issues here and there that were all handled in a friendly and fast manor. Their support is outstanding! Cheap price for quality hosting server. Always ready to solve problems instantly. I always get an answer to emails within minutes and I am not left wondering. I highly recommend A2Hosting to anyone who needs a secure environment for hosting and growing your business.

our VPS server and also hundreds of other servers are still down since 23th april. Already 11 days. Company not answering a tickets, they disabled the online chat. Our business serious damaged. We cant get our data. our data is in captivity. they deleted all complains 400+ from comments and posts from facebook.

Their windows servers were infected with malware which required them to take all hosting and DB servers offline. I have three sites with them and all have been down over a week and they can't give me an eta of when they will be back up.

Hi Guys, I was a fan of a2hosting until April 22, 2019. After that a2hosting claims to have a security breach to their windows shared hosting servers. They told us that they had a security breach and now working on restoring services for the server. It had been more that 6 days that a2hosting is still not able to get the servers online. So i believe that if you are looking for good up-time, a2hosting may not be the best option. In my opinion a2hosting have no clue on how to restore their servers or their backup plan is not good. Assume your business to be offline for more that 6 days.

Our windows reseller hosting has been out since 4 days ago. I still can believe how slow are responding to this huge problem.

I freaking love A2 Hosting. Their support is incredible and I get ridiculous speeds for what I pay. As an agency owner with 15 sites with A2 hosting, I rest easy knowing that they'll take care of whatever problems.

A2Hosting is simply awesome

A2 hosting support is recommendable. They were able to quickly reply to my email and address my concerns immediately. I have tried other web hosting that offers chat support but even after the chat was over, my issue remains an issue. But in A2hosting even though the main way for me to communicate with them is via email, at least they are doing their job well.

Their service is good and I would definitely recommend A2 Hosting to anyone interested in running a web hosting business just like myself.

Very good experience. You can even get them on the phone and they speak American English. I've been publishing on the Net since The Source and a 1200 baud modem. Take it from an old timer, these guys are pros. The sales guy even gave me the heads up on some issues with my cPanel migration and it was resolved immediately. A2 is very good. Call them, I dare you!

I am writing this review the day after the server I am on was down for the best part of three days ending 04/01/2019. After reading what customers were bitching about losing thousands of dollars, going to switch hosting companies, blah blah blah. As if A2hosting took down the server on purpose. Many of the hosting names mentioned to switch to most all were own by the same company. I also experienced the same losses as others on this server instead I really appreciate all the hard work long hours put in getting my website back up running 100% with no loss. The other thing I really appreciate is their friendly telephone tech support going the extra mile in helping figure out some weird problem with ZenCart etc. that is not really their job. The other hosting companies I have been with you don't get this kind of caring service. All I got to say is A2Hosting I am not planning on going anywhere. A2 Hosting has been amazing. So much so, I purchased 3 years hosting with them. I am a customer until the final quarter of 2021.

They have great service, they have a real and fast payback, even I canceled a service but I am buying more and more.
