    Constant threat of removal

I support hosting decisions and website management for several domains. One of my hosts stopped supporting Magento on managed instances, which led me to A2's "Unlimited" plan for Magento users. The store has a large inventory, so the "unlimited" part of the plan description was the selling point. Shortly after going live, I began receiving messages that the site on my "unlimited" plan was "over limit". Upon following up with tech support, they explained that sites over limit are not actually taken down (as the email threatens), they just aren't backed up anymore. After lowering my storage footprint to within the limit (I removed images from my test site), I asked that the tech support team share my concern about the dishonest advertising with the marketing team. They responded by stating that, even though I had lowered my footprint to under the limit, having images for all of the products in my large inventory is a violation of their TOS prohibition against hosting large photo galleries. (Content that violates TOS can be removed without warning) A2 has literally been threatening to take my store down ever since I first put it up...that makes the service difficult to use, the reliability and uptime questionable, and the tech support awful. My Magento instance was easy to install, and I've had no challenges with the software available. In spite of the constant threats, my site/content hasn't actually been taken down yet.
