    I'll start with the positives: The price was pretty good. Now for the negatives: Worst customer service. They actually ask you for your password in order to access your account -- wha??? They take forever to look up any information, and then end up not really being able to help you fully. Often you have to play agent roulette to get someone even remotely competent. A year after I cancelled, I'm still getting $10/year charges for nothing ($5 for a domain name protection service I didn't ask for, $5 for an "administrative fee"). I don't care, I've already spent 20 minutes 3 separate times to try to cancel, I'm happy to just delete their e-mails. Poor control panel: I didn't even realize this until I moved to webhostinghub. Aplus.net's control panel is hard to use, their features are outdated. Poor uptime: We had a business plan and our website went down on the average of twice a year for 12 hours or more. Not acceptable.
