    More Like Web Pirates

    I have contacted Aplus a number of times about issues with my email and my site, which keep crashing periodically, to the extent that it has hurt my search engine rankings and has reduced my web traffic significantly. Aplus has a "no refund" policy, meaning that no matter how bad they screw up, if you leave, you simply lose your money. Their tier-1 tech support absolutely sucks; I showed them what the problem was and how to reproduce the issue, and they simply say they cannot help me. My site was actually down for four days, to the degree that my site went completely off the radar! Aplus should not even be allowed to do business. They should be shut down because their entire business is a sham. My emails bounce nearly every day. After begging them to fix my site, I am finally moving to another host that can guarantee speed, up time and give me my money back if they screw up.
