    No file permissions!, bad CS and TS, billing issues

    I didn't repeat issues others already expressed...but certainly experienced them and lots more. What they don't tell is file permissions for shared hosting DON'T work--read an aplus support email explaining it...those that use the service, try accessing a file with non-public permissions (eg. owner only access) from a browser to verify for yourself. They wanted to keep the permissions issue quiet cause they say they cannot fix it, but as a user I'm not inclined to agree. And accounting/billing, expect difficulties, especially cancelling...like how to cancel...you only learn you have to follow an undisclosed process after you find they are still deducting automated payments (cause they claim they did not receive proper notice of cancellation). seriously, cannot imagine a logical reason to use or stay with deluxe/aplus, not that many of the others are any better, but there are three that don't cost two arms and a leg, and offer quality. Got out as soon as possible...but not soon enough
