    I have been a customer of Aplus since they were JUST Aplus and they have been amazing the customer service and the service it self. All of that has ended when they Merged, got bought out or whatever you want to call it with Delux... Customer service is mostly rude and they don't respond in a timely manner. They will charge you for services you cancel and will not refund your money. The entire portal is flawed and has many bugs, for example you let a domain expire or deselect it so it does not renew they will still go ahead and charge you for it. Most of the things you want to change you have to call or write to them, and ask to do it for you. I would not recommend their hosting to anyone and please do your self a favor and STAY AWAY. When you call customer service the people are usually nice but follow a script and it feels like you are talking to a machine.
