I just of switched my web hosting. My email has been down for FOUR DAYS with no end in sight!! Tech support always has some lame reply "large mail queue" ,"lots of processes running on the server" , etc.
Support keeps indicating the problem should be fixed in a few hours. Since I'm on a shared plan, I know I'm not the only one in this leaky boat!!
Tech support USED to be good, not it is pathetic. Don't expect to get a reply when you open a helpdesk ticket.
