    Don't even bother...

    I have been a reseller there for 7 years and grinding teeth for the last 3 years to avoid the countless UNPAID hours of transferring websites to a new webhost. It's so bad now I don't have a choice. Their "tech support" is pathetic at best. I would happily show chat logs of how incompetent they are. Chat support is a joke. IE: "If your not getting email from your website you need to contact the Billing dept." There is no 24/7 support. The typical response is, "3-4 hours, submit a ticket (even for simple questions) or 'I'll have to send this to a tier2/tier3." You can also expect to wait 45min to over 2 hours for a reply in chat - IF they don't drop you first! Naother example: Reseller server goes down, have to submit a ticket. All clients's websites return the next day and 2 WEEKS later a reply for the ticket says the website is now working. Several years ago I was singing their praises. Now I'm growling to my lawyer.
