Apollo Hositng

I have been with apollohosting 3 years they started out good but now they don't give a damm, my ftp lgin has been down for 3 weeks now and nobody to help either by ticket or phone when they answer they say everything is resolved but nothing seems to get sorted. GO ELSE WHERE
