    Worst Customer Service Ever

    Arvixe used to have great service before being bought by EIG. Since then, it's become the worst in the industry. It now take 5 - 30 minutes to chat with someone (you can't even open your own tickets any more) and then each of their replies takes a minimum of 5 minutes. And do these chat people know anything? No. Total time to open a ticket: 30 minutes. But better yet? Your tickets will get ignored for days or months. I have one ticket that's been open for almost 6 months and was causing me to be unable to send email. And even worse, when I went to transfer my domain to another company, they purposefully blocked it to try to keep me from leaving their service. Just save yourself a lot of hassle and skip arvixe completely.
