Horrible Customer Service
Although Arvixe has 24/7 online chat, it's pretty much good for nothing. The reps are not knowledgeable and I actually had to guide them through many very basic functions. I think they outsource their tech-support and that's why they have no idea about to resolve even the most basic issues. If you email them, it takes about 4 days to get reply in which they ask to you verify your identity. And after that it takes another 4 days for your initial query to get answered. So a total of 8 days for something really simple to get answered. A terrible hosting company with even worse tech support and domain hosting plans. Stay away!
