    Laziest Tech Support & Billing Team Ever

    Hi folks, I am a bigrock customer since 2 years. [they had ads all over the TV saying India's #1 hosting company, so i bought multi-domain hosting from them] and now i am hosting 10+ domains on it. Firstly, there price if you are going to see, they are sky high...Much more than any of there internation competitor provides. Secondly, there software updates, are way behind then any other. Even a small hosting company updates cpanel and php regularly, they don't. There Tech Support team always play with us thinking we're stupid. I started online chat, for a simple change in my.cnf file for mysql backups. They gave me number to call and talk. I called and we had conversation on phone, they gave me link to create a support ticket. Waiting since a day, no reply. On site, it's mentioned 24x7 support, i called and the recording says its working only for 11 hours. Today is saturday, tomorrow sunday so a holiday. So for a single change in config file, i have to wait f***ing 3 long days..!!.!
