    The bottom feeders of hosting

    LOW SPEED, low quality, decrepit infrastructure with scarce resources. Support service is also slow in responding to tickets, as for online chat, just forget about it, they use it solely for sales. They don't care about their customers after the 7day money back period. They are just after your money. If you run into a problem they will never be supportive, will always blame you and suspending your websites including your own access to your data, Cpanel, FTP is a common practice. That downtime would do a lot of damage to your online business. That's is just their way of suggesting you to "upgrade" to a costlier service. Holding your website hostage by refusing to provide means to transfer your domain away is also common practice. You get stuck with them even if you don't want. NOT RECOMMENDED.
