I totally agree with everything you say and glad it is not just me. Unfortunately I had just renewed but may very well look to transfer my business. They went from very reliable and helpful to just the opposite in the last couple of months. The last time I called I was on hold for 20 minutes and then told to leave a message. Messages are never answered. I just did a rollout of a new site and am embarrassed that half the time it is down! They had sent an e-mail that they were going to a new platform and then sent nothing further ... I finally found the new control panel and it is very confusing.
