    Used to be good...Sucks now

    I hate this company. They were great when I first signed up. But now smtp blanks out all the time on the client side...On 3 different email domains that they host. They all go out at the same time. When I call tech support they blame me. Meanwhile, other email accounts are running with no problem. Except it comes back on 20 minutes later with no configuration changes having been made. Sometimes it just goes dead on incoming and outgoing, and the only way to fix it is to delete the account and reinstall it. Account support sucks. You can't submit a support ticket anymore. Have to get on endless phonetree crap. Supposed to be able to chat but click on "chat" and it throws a 404 error. And get this, I can't use an email contact that THEY host anymore. So I had to go get a throwaway gmail account that I now have to maintain for no purpose other than this POS company. Their pricing is good, but you get what you pay for.
