Two years ago I set up a blog and signed up with Bluehost to host it. The Domain services were free with the hosting services. After a few months, I changed my mind, realized I didn't have the time to keep up with the blog. I contacted Bluehost customer support and told them I wanted to cancel everything. I didn't want the hosting service nor the domain name. Last month I found out that they charged my credit card for domain services. I call them up and they tell me that my account was set to autorenewal. Even though I have the transcripts to prove I requested everything be canceled, they won't refund the money charged to my credit card. I never received anything for two years about the domain name being renewed, and now they charge my account. They can't make money legitimately, so they just steal it.
