Screwed up homepage said not in their scope afterwards
We have a small hotel website, just about to move to bluehost/wordpress from another provider.
After all work was done and the wordpress homepage was finished, we contacted their support, to help us with some of the moving one domain to them.
I was told "Alright wait a second, check it now" and then all pages showed 404 no page found...
Alright i think anything can happen, please revert the changes to go back where we started.
But nooo, we had over two days of constant "contacting support" -> "Please wait a few hours for changes to take effect"
Long story short: After the thrid day of struggling they said the problem is on our side and its out of their support scope.
Funny thing is I never changed anything on the site during this period, for the exact reason, that they can revert everything they did...
Never going to Use it again!
