    Horrible Tech Support, incompetent, rude & more.

    Recently, I had a simple issue and as always it takes quite a while to actually get through to tech support. It took 3 techs; 2 male and the third a female before getting my issue resolved. The first two said the password was not valid and I logged in while chatting with them and it was. The first tech not only locked me out of my account but all incoming e-mails were bouncing back so my business correspondence was not received for over 24 hours. The second tech, Syed, disconnected when I would not give him permission to override the password and the third tech, Supritha, fixed immediately but would not give me any contact information for which to file a complaint...she said it did not exist. There is no consequence for being rude and/or incompetent. The tail is wagging the dog here. And to take it a step further so my business correspondence is now interrupted is pretty bad. The nightmare with blue host began with the transfer and it has not been a great experience since. Hoping to find a host that has a good product and a tech support team that is competent, knowledgeable and reachable without extensive wait times by phone, e-mail and chat.
