    Worst technical support experience, ever!

    Received a generic tech support email stating a 24 hour minimum turnaround period only to be told that it could take up to five business days. Regardless, after several inquiries via phone, and after speaking with six different tech support reps, there has been zero resolution about my original ticket and a cavalier disposition about fixing the issue. Unable to utilize plugins features, whether accessing traditional laptop or iPad.
