    One road block after another...

    Have had a frustrating couple of days trying first to gain access to a client's domain dashboard and then to point his URL to a new site. Thirty minutes on the phone with one customer support agent was time wasted. Finally got what we thought was help but that agent's intervention took his site down entirely. Back on the phone trying to get through again. No good reason for things to be this complicated.
