    Poor training of their staff

    I purchased their hosting services and domain registration for 2 years. I have never dealt with such poor service prior to this. Most of it due to poorly trained staff. Different answers every time I talked to someone. Little concern with helping customers. Often they disconnected the phone call, or the Chat because they couldn't answer my technical questions. They also charge you for domain privacy when many Registrars do not. They offer cheap upfront costs, but then charge you for every little thing past basic at unreasonable rates. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Save yourself the headache.
