    Disappointed Customer

    I have been partnering with Bluehost since Fall 2018. And one of the main reasons I went with this company was because of their return policy. If you changed your mind within 30 days, you would receive a full refund. Anything after the 30-days would be prorated and you'd be reimbursed for any months unused. But when I recently called to cancel my subscription (I'm switching from a Wordpress site to a drag-and-drop website builder that includes hosting with its platform) I was informed that there had been a policy change and I was no longer eligible to receive any reimbursement. I asked to speak with someone in management to explain why this was now the case. An appointment was set and I cleared my schedule for the phone call, but Bluehost did not keep the appointment and never called me back. I tried calling them later the same week and was not put through to a manager and was told there was nothing to be done. I am thoroughly disappointed in this company and will never use them again. A company that does not follow through on its word is clearly one that does not have the consumer's best interests at heart.
