Predatory Billing
Bluehost charged me on my credit card with no warning today; previously last month, it tried predatory billing (three SSLs I did not need but was given email warning) and says it asks permission to charge but does not; there is no option to opt out. On Saturday another useless ssl charge on my card. There have been bad billing practices before, but this is so outstanding I must complain. The worst is that I set up websites for nonprofits and have used Bluehost for years; these people are also going to be taken advantage of and I have to inform them. Time wasted.
