Problems with Bluehost
Have had the above site with Bluehost since 2011. At the end of 2019, during a call I made requesting information about changes I was noticing I lost all of my emails. I immediately transferred my account to Siteground and worked with Bluehost for several months to try and figure out what had happened. During this time I was not using any of the services I paid for and asked for a refund. They refused, eventually offering only one month of service refund. One week later, I am told that my request was not submitted correctly and that I needed to wait another week to find out if a two month refund would be forthcoming. I'm sure this story will continue until the service time expires if I am stupid enough to continue requesting my money back or trying to salvage any use at all with this provider. Bottom line, DON"T USE THIS HOST!
