It's funny how they make fake positive reviews.
About 5 months ago, we decided to shift our hosting provider locally (UAE) and we found 'Buzinessware' as maybe a solution for us to get things done more easily because we have the option to call them directly. The rate they are offering annually is cheaper and more cheaper for 3yrs and so we took advantage of the offer. All set, the migration started but after the migration, most of the issues happened. Their tech support does not know why they are doing. They are not the right people for the said service. Most of the time they do not know what they are doing and even got us to a system crash because of the trial and error they do and because of that crash that they cannot solve, it came to us that its a bad idea to still be hosted with them as it surely wasted our time. We file a request with them to make a refund of the remaining months we still have with them as they cannot deliver the standard service that we need but everyone even the accounts manager keep on insisting the no-refund policy which is not reasonable at all for such paid as a service company when you cannot even deliver the right service that is needed. Its gonna be a long process for us since they don't want to do it amicably but for sure that the case will be raised to Consumer Rights department until you.
