    Horrible customer support. Horrible service. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, that is until they forced us to migrate to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. I have had dedicated servers with them on and off since their early days, and migrated to their cloud product about 5 years ago. Sure the platform had a few problems, but overall it has been great. This was all great and good until they sold us cloud customers out with a forced migration to Microsoft's Azure platform. I am not going to go into my thoughts on the Azure platform, because this is about Codero, but suffice it to say now that they have sold out loyal customers I will not ever use them again. This use to be a customer oriented company with great service and a drive to support their customers, but now the culture there has gone by the way side, and they no longer care. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.
