    Problem, after problem, after problem.

    We all make mistakes and I can understand the occasional hiccup when it comes to hosting and working with technology. However when it's just one problem after another resulting in downtime at least a minimum of once a month, eventually you need to cut your losses and find another host. What is the point of having a guarantee if they do not honor it? I expect its just used as a marketing ploy.
