    Rudest Support Staff I've Encountered

    Codero has the rudest support staff I've had the displeasure of speaking to, which is made worse by the fact you need to constantly be in contact with them. Coderos frequent downtime and connectivity issues meant that I was having to contact their support department on a weekly basis to find out what was going wrong. They are incredibly rude and short tempered. When I stressed how important it was to me to have my dedicated server back online, I was told "We'll fix it in our time, not yours". I am no longer with Codero, but felt I should share this experience.
