December 05, 2013I recommended DedicatedNow to a customer over two years ago. We were putting together a network of client websites and I was attracted by DedicatedNow's affiliate program where they offered 10% back on the monthly subscription that they billed to the clients we referred. The fact that they have never been consistent in honoring this agreement has led us to setup our other clients elsewhere. The original client we signed up has been with them since August 2011 and the support has not been bad (up to now) but it has not been stellar either. There was an outage in Dec 2012 where the hard drive crashed and we were delayed in receiving that hard drive to try and get data off of it, while they figured out how much to bill us for the crashed drive ($200). Today they shut down the server due to an expired cred card on the account barely 5 days into the new billing period, with no notification of an issue, and no history of billing issues. Incredible. Not a place to host production sites.

November 03, 2013Had hosting with these guys for some time and the customer service and total disregard for their customers is uncanny. Finally decided to ditch them for a cloud solution. Avoid these guys at any cost.

April 13, 2010DedicatedNow has provide me with a painless ordering process. My server was up and running quickly. I manage my own servers, but when I needed remote hands, the team was speedy in rebooting and helping out with kernel upgrades. The network has been very stable and their sales team very responsive to my requests. +1 Dedicated Now!

April 12, 2010We have been with DedicatedNow for 3 months and all things are going good. All the "usual" things one expects in a managed provider are there. What was nice is we had a DDoS attack and DedicatedNow put us behind their Riorey appliance and that mitigated it. They did this for free. I have heard there are charges at other data centers. DedicatedNow's tech support has been very competent, I just wish they had a chat feature which is why I gave them a "3". Suffice it to say, we will continue to be a client of DedicatedNow for the foreseeable future.

Terrible Customer Relations and Contract Terms
We wanted to cancel our hosting service due to the fact that the server we had in there was of no longer of use to us anymore. We were 3 months into the new billing term and they asked us to buyout the rest of the term due to the contract. Almost $10,000 to get out of the contract with 9 months left until the end of the term. 9 months of services we were never going to use! Mind you, we aren't a new client, this was the 3rd term and we had to pay our way out to terminate the service. They really have no regard for customer relations or servicing the customer at all. Apparently we are not "month-to-month" but an annual contract, hence we have to pay up. STAY AWAY from this company and look elsewhere.
